- Some of them contain VIRUSES, which might harm your computer. For example, few years ago I downloaded some “Serious DubMaker XXL” and my computer went completely crazy. It started deleting files and my anti-virus couldn’t do anything.
- Many of the free music wares doesn’t have any features at all. Furthermore, most of them does not have any simple beats for beginners and rookies and from my experiences you shouldn’t download this kind of stuff.
- They are overwhelming your computer. If your “Free DJ Software” is opened you basically cannot do anything more. When I’m mixing music with DubTurbo I love to speak ppl via msn or surf on the internet or check DJ forums, but with free Dj Software you are not able to that, because most of them are taking too much RAM and your computer goes extremely SLOW.
For conclusion I would say that, you should better start off with paid dj-gear. DubTurbo is an excellent product for beginners and amateurs, since it has step-by-step tutorials as I said before. Moreover, it’s work really smooth on your computer and you can do many things at the same time. Don’t RISK with your computer and choose the certified software. If you are thinking about torrent’s then forget it. In 20oo many people downloaded cracked ware, but in 2011 these times are most likely over.
